First Look: LANCER – A B NORMAL

LANCER is an upcoming Mecha RPG about rugged pilots and their Mechanized Cavalry Mech Suits. We had the chance to play a session with one of our Patrons.

On the planet Em-ewe, the region of Sydan has been seized by foreign insurrectionists. Caught in the crossfire is Alvilda Bondam, daughter of a planetary politician. Our pilots have to exfiltrate her to the Dyna city Spaceport before she’s killed or captured for ransom. They also have transport her across a hostile city before the enemy forces overrun said spaceport.

Eclipse Phase: Empty Castle

This week new cast members Jasmine and Jeremy join us to play some Eclipse Phase. We’ll be running this scenario at GX Australia next weekend also.

A group of “recovery specialists” have been tasked with infiltrating a hab that has been quarantined since the Fall. They don’t really know what happened here, but someone is paying them a lot of money to recover some lost art. Let’s find out if the pay is worth it.

Eclipse Phase: Parole Hearing

You wake up in a loud room, lit by low red lights. You can’t move. You can barely feel your body. It’s hard to breath. The last thing you remember is a prison doc telling you to count back from ten as they slipped the ego probes onto your head. A silhouette emerges from the red. “This is your parole hearing. If you are willing to kill monsters to your last breath then we will commute your sentence. If that sounds like too much work, or you are too frightened, we’ll leave your egos in cold storage as we abandon this rock. Make your choice.”

Eclipse Phase: Lunar Hell Hunt

The people of Little Boston cling to the traditions of Earth, hiding in their wealthy gated community from the realities around them. They spend hundreds of thousands of credits each on creating the illusion of  living on the dead homeworld.

Halloween night is no exception. The Kids of Little Boston get to pretend that they are safe, dress up, and grab some candy from the grown ups.
But is it really safe?
